## Founder

Dr. Dr. Wolfgang Fruehwirt is the founder and managing partner. He holds two doctoral degrees: a PhD in Applied Medical Sciences (AI Institute, Clinical Neuroscience, MedUni Wien) and a PhD in Psychotherapy Science (Faculty of Psychology, SFU Wien). He completed his business degree at WU Wien and Copenhagen Business School, and the Executive Leadership Coaching Mastery Session at Harvard University. He is affiliated with the Machine Learning Research Group at the University of Oxford (Department of Engineering Science) under Professor Stephen Roberts. He was an Associate Member of the Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative Finance.

object a operates a deep-tech AI Research Lab in the 1070 district of Vienna. It combines research workstations, whiteboards, and machinery for prototyping. The lab hosts team members and visiting international AI experts.

## Research and Oxford Affiliation

Wolfgang Fruehwirt works with the Machine Learning Research Group at the University of Oxford under Professor Stephen Roberts. A central theme of his research is AI-in-the-loop systems for better decision-making: combining human expertise with advanced algorithms in scenarios where signals are weak or noisy yet decisions carry significant real-world consequences. He is the first author of multiple peer-reviewed publications in AI, neuroscience, quantitative finance, and the future of work, published in top-tier journals (Elsevier, Springer) and presented at leading conferences (NeurIPS, IJCAI, AIME).
